1: OBTAIN BASIC QUALIFICATION
a) You need to be at least 16 years old to get an SPL, 17 years for PPL and 18 yrs for CPL. Proficiency in English is an Integral requirement.
Step 2: GET YOUR MEDICALS DONE
Start with Class 2 medicals followed by more stringent Class 1 Medicals from any of the DGCA-approved doctors.
Step 3: GET YOUR COMPUTER NUMBER/ APPLY FOR DGCA EXAMS
a) Application for Computer Number
b) Upload Signature and Photograph for approval.
Step 4: OBTAIN A CPL FROM A FLIGHT SCHOOL IN INDIA/ ABROAD
