There are a wide range of private jets. Small jets don’t even have enough space. Most private jets are comfortable enough but don’t even have the same comfort as business class on an airline.
Some private jets are commercial airliners with all sorts of amazing comforts. So they can be super luxurious, and yes, the larger ones are pretty good and more expensive.
More than luxury it's about convenience. Using private jets charter flights in any countries it means you can get to your destination very quickly and at a time that suits you. Expensive is not the same as luxury. Sometimes private jets are about schmoozing customers and demonstrating wealth. But it's also about saving time and therefore money.
